SEEKING ....

We are seeking passionate, positive-minded and hard-working individuals with a love for dance and for kids, with a desire for building up the next generation of artists. We are an out-of-the-box company looking for organized, efficient, highly skilled dance instructors, with exceptional people skills. The ideal candidate has experience in teaching multiple dance styles, as well as various skill levels and age groups. Other experience should include choreographing and staging performances, creating lesson plans for a variety of ages / skill levels, and creating a positive classroom environment. Ability to substitute for other teachers as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 5 years Experience teaching a variety of dance styles, age groups and skill levels. (your own classes only (not assisting), and preparing kids for performances)

  • Experience in planning and working special events

  • Experience in choreographing/training competitive dance routines -with a proven track record (** Only for those who are looking for a coaching position)

  • Minimum 8-10 years of personal dance training (in the dance styles you can teach)

  • Must be able to work well with others and receive correction with a great attitude
