Print Out Registration Form/Liability Release and Class Policies and bring to 1st day of Class.
ENROLLMENTS: We offer open enrollment year-round, beginning the 1st week in September after Labor Day (2011) and monthly sessions in the summer (The 2012-13 Season of classes will begin July 1st 2012). Please call our office to schedule a FREE TRIAL class any time. (To withdraw, you will need to send in a 30-day written notice.)
To process your registration online and also make payments, we use ENCRYPTED and Secure Servers to process your payments. You will be redirected to THE STUDIO DIRECTOR, our billing program’s registration page, where you will enter your the information needed to process your registration or payments. All info you submit will be saved on these SSL Secured Servers. Please follow these simple steps:
- Decide on a class (classes tab)
- Read, Print and sign Policies (bring to 1st day of class; information tab)
- Pay for tuition and fees
ANNUAL REGISTRATION AND SHOWCASE RECITAL COSTUME FEES: Registration fee is $35 and the Performance Costume Fee is $45. (Students enrolling after February, may not participate in the showcase, therefore this fee will be waived).
TUITION: (See Tuition Schedule) Tuition is the monthly rate processed electronically on your credit card. Tuition remains the same each month regardless of attendance, school closures, or holidays, and is always due on or before the 1st of the Month. Late fees ($10) are assessed on the 10th of each month.
REFUNDS: Once you have begun classes with us, no refunds will be issued. This also includes tuition, registration fee, and any merchandise orders. Performance fees are refunded if we receive a 30-day withdrawal written notice and 90 days before showcase.
